Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Manager / Training

  • Drive full spectrum of Talent Acquisition activities such as workforce planning, employer branding, sourcing management, recruiting, budgeting and any related.
  • Drive and Lead TA team to achieve 100% target hired within lead time to serve business growth.
  • Drive improvements to increase the quality and speed of hires.
  • Ensure TA team provide and deliver excellence operational service of every process such as get requirement from Hiring Manager, Pre-screening, Interview, Provide recommendation to Hiring Manager, communication, tracking and report etc.
  • Be a partner with business leader to understand their requirement and early to know the upcoming hiring needs.
  • Consult with management and other leadership to identify appropriate Training programs to support business goals.
  • Oversee and ensure the overall development results and the use of people capability by manage the implementation of Learning & Development interventions that aligned with business direction.
  • Set up and implement individual development plan.
  • Initiate and constantly improve quality of people development plans to ensure company visions and goals are in line with people capabilities and development programs in place.
  • Define the budget that is needed to implement the training and development plan and ensure is effectively spent.
  • Analyze training needs from annual performance evaluation and preparing a relevant training plan.

Qualification

  • Bachelors Degree in related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Managerial level.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of written and verbal communication in English.
  • Able to multi-task in stressful situations with changing priorities by positive, can-do attitude, flexible.
