Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Commercial Marketing to drive business growth by introducing new products, forging partnerships with domestic and international manufacturers, and managing key relationships to unlock new opportunities. This role is responsible for executing strategic commercial marketing initiatives that enhance sales performance and market expansion. Additionally, the Senior Manager will analyze market trends and customer behavior to support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Identify and launch new products to expand the company's portfolio and market presence.
- Develop competitive strategies to increase market share and strengthen the company's positioning.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer behavior research.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing tools, pricing strategies, and sales tactics.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and industry partners.
Marketing Communication
- Develop and implement marketing communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and positioning.
- Oversee digital and traditional marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and message alignment.
- Manage events, trade shows, and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Analyze marketing performance to optimize campaign effectiveness and maximize ROI.
- Strengthen communication efforts across online and offline channels.
Collaboration with Manufacturers & Partners in China
- Act as the primary liaison with Chinese manufacturers and business partners, fostering strong relationships.
- Ensure product quality, timely delivery, and competitive pricing through effective negotiations.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic partnerships.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education & Experience
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial marketing, business development, or a related role.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance.
- Proficiency in both digital and traditional marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of global markets, particularly in China.
Language & Other Requirements
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (required).
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
