Position: Network Optimization & Improvement Manager

Our client is seeking a results-driven Network Optimization & Improvement Manager to lead and drive end-to-end supply chain process improvements. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, using data-driven insights, and applying process improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support long-term strategic business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate current processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct process mapping and analysis to understand workflow and pinpoint operational pain points.
  • Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to support process assessments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign, improve, and implement new operational strategies.
  • Design, develop, and implement business solutions for enhanced performance.
  • Lead process improvement projects to establish new operating models and ensure adoption.
  • Develop and execute change management plans for seamless implementation.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, addressing concerns and managing resistance.
  • Provide training and support to teams, ensuring understanding and operational alignment.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze process performance against set metrics.
  • Identify and implement corrective actions for areas of underperformance.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate project teams, assign tasks, and track progress for on-time delivery.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Masters degree preferred).
  • Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in process improvement, transformation, or process reengineering.
  • Skills & Expertise:
    • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies
    • Project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
    • Analytical and problem-solving expertise
    • Change management skills with a track record of driving organizational change
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and statistical tools
