Position: Network Optimization & Improvement Manager
Our client is seeking a results-driven Network Optimization & Improvement Manager to lead and drive end-to-end supply chain process improvements. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, using data-driven insights, and applying process improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support long-term strategic business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate current processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct process mapping and analysis to understand workflow and pinpoint operational pain points.
- Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to support process assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign, improve, and implement new operational strategies.
- Design, develop, and implement business solutions for enhanced performance.
- Lead process improvement projects to establish new operating models and ensure adoption.
- Develop and execute change management plans for seamless implementation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, addressing concerns and managing resistance.
- Provide training and support to teams, ensuring understanding and operational alignment.
- Continuously monitor and analyze process performance against set metrics.
- Identify and implement corrective actions for areas of underperformance.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate project teams, assign tasks, and track progress for on-time delivery.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Masters degree preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in process improvement, transformation, or process reengineering.
- Skills & Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile methodologies
- Project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Analytical and problem-solving expertise
- Change management skills with a track record of driving organizational change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and statistical tools
