Our client is a rapidly expanding electric vehicle, Nasdaq-listed, company specializing in high-performance two-wheelers. They are focused on providing sustainable urban mobility solutions and are growing across Europe and Asia.

Position Summary

They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director to oversee all aspects of production, operations, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production control, particularly in meeting demand, as well as extensive experience in managing overall operations within the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities :

  • Analyze historical data and market trends to accurately forecast future demand for products.
  • Develop and maintain inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize costs. Monitor inventory turnover rates and lead times.
  • Create and manage production schedules, assigning resources and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Develop and implement detailed production plans and schedules, considering factors such as demand forecasts, inventory levels, capacity constraints, and resource availability.
  • Assess and optimize production capacity to meet demand while minimizing costs.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement measures to improve e iciency.
  • Track and analyze production performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in industrial engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning roles.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operations.
  • Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software (e.g., ERP systems).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
