PAY RATE: THB 150000 TO THB 170000 

MONTHLY INCENTIVE BONUS: THB 40000

Role Overview:

As a Cyber Security Solution Consulting Manager, you will lead a team of Cyber Security Solution Consultants who help customers by providing technical advice on security solutions. Your role involves managing your team, working closely with customers, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage the Team: You'll be in charge of a team of around 4 to 5 subordinates. Your responsibility is to guide and oversee their work.
  • Customer Engagement: You'll connect with customers to understand their technical and business needs. Your goal is to help the sales team understand these requirements clearly.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: You're expected to be highly knowledgeable about Cyber Security. This expertise will guide your team's solutions and recommendations.
  • Technology Recommendations: You'll suggest tools, technologies, and processes to improve the quality of services and solutions provided.
  • Business Results: Your role involves achieving positive outcomes in Cyber Security across applications, infrastructure, and operations.
  • Service Support: You might also assist with managing applications, infrastructure, and end-user support services.
  • Team Competency: You'll ensure your team has the right technical skills and expertise to meet business needs.
  • Supporting Sales: You'll help the sales team by preparing technical proposals and responding to customer requirements.
  • Opportunity Monitoring: You'll keep an eye on the progress of potential opportunities with customers.
  • Handover and Delivery: You'll ensure a smooth transition from the technical presales phase to service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • You should have over 10 years of experience as an ICT/Cyber Security Presale Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of security solutions and technologies, both for on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A Bachelors degree or higher is required.
  • A technical background, with experience in Cyber Security products, is preferred.
  • You should be able to influence teams effectively, even without formal authority.
  • Possess strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and networking abilities.
  • Preferred to have Cyber Security Industry Certification such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, CCSP, etc.
