HIRING POSITION: ECOMMERCE MANAGER

Position Summary

Responsible for driving growth and development of ecommerce channel by creating strategic plan according to 4Ps (Product, Price, Place & Promotion) to create cohesive consumer journey. Lead the onsite product merchandising & hierarchy, customer engagement & experience to optimize conversion across ecommerce channels. Also oversee product inventory management, leveraging product insight, mix of business and overall sales data to make strategic product, content & campaign decisions that generate results.

Responsibilities :

  • Deliver sales revenue as per budget across all e-commerce channels (Mono brand sites, Third Party Marketplaces) through traffic and CR for each channel.
  • Manage marketing budget spending for each e-commerce channel in collaboration with marketing team.
  • Develop promotional & campaign plans across e-commerce channels based on merchandise strategy and sales budget.
  • Manage onsite product placement and hierarchy for conversion optimization.
  • Identify revenue and brand opportunities on products and provide feedback to brand teams.
  • Manage end-to-end reporting of e-commerce channels: Sales, SOH, sell-through, conversion rate & traffic.
  • Work in conjunction with Merchandise team for product assortment for e-commerce channels both of DTC (multi-brand & brand site) and marketplace.
  • Work with brand merchandise teams for allocation by ensuring the right SKUs are available with the right depth for each channel.
  • Collaborate with CRM team to create strategy for cross-selling both onsite and offsite.
  • Oversee customer-centric KPIs such as time to delivery, nil picks, and customer service response rates and work with operations to make sure these are being adhered.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors Degree in marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Experienced 7 years of E-commerce experience, digital marketing, or online sales from retail business is preferable.
  • Exceptional time management skills: ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives.
  • Ability to influence and interact with senior management.
  • Adaptable and flexible; responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced, quick-turn business model.
  • Good command of written and spoken English
