Responsibilities :

  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive sales strategy, action plan, activity and roll out the plan to achieve company target aligned with the companys overall business goals and objectives.
  • Develop sales strategies by setting product, geographical sales areas and sales operations standards to achieve corporate sales target.
  • Define sales targets, forecast revenue, and set performance metrics.
  • Drive revenue growth by expanding the client base and increasing sales with existing
  • Track and analyze sales performance against targets and KPIs.
  • Manage the sales budget, including cost control measures and resource allocation.
  • Effectively managing, coaching, motivating and developing the sales, trade marketing, merchandising, and PC teams
  • Maintain excellent business relationship and strengthen partnership with distributors
  • Monitor all competitive products in the market via market research and close rapport with distributor and customers.
  • Regularly update annual, quarterly, monthly, weekly sales results and sales forecast
  • Oversees new business opportunities i.e. new product launch, new channel opening

Qualifications :

  • A Bachelors degree or above in Business Administration or related fields.
  • At least 7-10 years in sales experience with a minimum 5 years of leading a team from FMCG/Retail or related industry.
  • Experience in formulating sales strategy, sales forecast, sales action plan and allocating resources - a MUST
  • Excellence in selling and negotiation skills, adaptability, entrepreneur mindset
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
  • Driven, Energetic, Analytical, Forward-Thinking with good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of English in both written and speaking
