Position: Project Manager

The Project Manager is accountable for ideation, planning, execution, monitoring, and maintaining project control.

Deliver projects efficiently by utilizing diverse resources, expertise, and existing knowledge for maximum organizational benefit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate the progress and outcomes of diverse operations within the responsible agency, ensuring alignment with project plans, budgets, and regulations in adherence to company policy.
  • Manage the utilization of project resources, including machinery, tools, materials, and equipment, while overseeing the manpower plan and implementing cost management for optimal efficiency.
  • Implement the project plan, making necessary modifications to meet customer and business requirements.
  • Execute and oversee projects to achieve specified goals and timely delivery.
  • Follow up and report on the progress of key projects to achieve set goals efficiently in terms of empirical results and timely delivery within specified timeframes.
  • Supervise and advise subordinates on project management for project efficiency. Maintain clear communication within the team to ensure a shared understanding of daily tasks and deliverables.
  • Ensure thorough document management by maintaining complete and up-to-date project files, storing them appropriately.
  • Manage project proposals, including drafting regulations, TOR, project scope, budget, and development plans.
  • Follow up on project progress, assess obstacles, and report operational results to relevant agencies.
  • Maintain communication and coordination with customers and team members to provide regular project updates.
  • Effectively manage project costs to ensure maximum efficiency within the prescribed budget.
  • Participate and collaborate in company activities.
  • Comply with the company's safety, occupational health, and environmental standards.
  • Cooperate and comply with company rules and regulations.
  • Follow quality standards, meet KPIs.

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, and Economics, or related fields.
  • At least 5-10 years Experienced in managing construction, structural, mechanical, and public utility systems.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in planning, implementing, and overseeing projects in the factory industry.
  • Demonstrates effective leadership and decisive decision-making.
  • Ability to work under pressure and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Able to travel to Samut Sakhon province.
  • Proficient in computer programs, including MS Office, MS Project, and SketchUp.
