About the job Head of E-Commerce
Position: Head of E-Commerce
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement end-to-end business processes for e/m-commerce control.
- Optimize online marketing programs (SEO, social, email, display, PPC) to drive traffic to the website and mobile app.
- Ensure flawless execution, collecting email addresses and maintaining positive returns on all marketing spend.
- Create marketing campaigns for new product launches and develop creative selling strategies.
- Collaborate with content, design, and copywriting teams to optimize website/app look and feel for search engine visibility and user experience.
- Track and evaluate marketing initiatives to grow visits, improve conversion rates, increase average order value, and optimize spend efficiency.
- Work in coordination with device marketing, trade, and channel management teams for planning and implementing online sales campaigns.
- Stay updated on online marketing developments, identifying new opportunities and trends.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7-10 years in eCommerce business or with online marketing experience
- Critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills; passion for data-driven decision-making
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work independently (self-starter) and as part of a team in a multitasking environment
- Comfort with all Microsoft Office programs Facebook Optimization and Google Analytics
- Passion in online
- Good command of English language
