Position: Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for advising business leaders and overseeing the entire recruitment and selection process for management positions. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, policies, systems, and processes to attract top talent to our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process for management positions.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners, including headhunters, outsourcing agents, and universities.
  • Coach and mentor the talent acquisition team to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, particularly for management positions.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
