Responsibilities

  • Selling and representing products to clients
  • Providing a luxury service experience to the customer
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Service customer end-to-end process
  • Build long-term relationships with customers in a professional manner

Qualifications

  • Having experience in a Client Advisor or Customer Service role will be an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relations skills
  • Good personality, smart looking, and well-groomed
  • Effective merchandising skills and attention to detail.
