Position Talent Acquisition

Job Responsibilities ;

  • Contact recruitment agencies for job posting, monitor their performance, and provide feedback on their candidacy
  • First screening of candidates before passing to Hiring Manager for short-listing (for position under AM)
  • Make appointment for on-line test, conduct test and inform result
  • Contact candidate for physical check-ups, confirm employment term (i.e. salary, welfares and regulations)
  • Keep record of candidate information and result of test and interview
  • Keep record of manpower requisition and confirm job descriptions with line managers
  • Update recruitment status, prepare documents for new joiners
  • Prepare first draft of employment contract, send out for peer review, and enter information of new staff into HR system
  • Prepare employee profile for internal rotation or promotion (such as CO to be MO)
  • Control probation evaluation form by submitting to line Manager and send to Top Management for final approval
  • Collect returned assets and conduct exit interview upon resignation

Qualifications ;

  • At least Bachelors degree in any related fields, preferable HR, public administration, business
  • No previous experiences is required
  • Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Diligent and hardworking, able to work well under pressures
