Responsibilities:

  • Develop a business plan and budget according to the company target
  • Formulating and closely monitoring performance including sales and budget and provide the annual, half yearly, monthly reports of the sales and present to management team
  • Conduct research and data analysis to identify new markets, new sales channels and customer needs
  • Creating sales and marketing strategies that meet the needs and interests of prospective global customers or partners
  • Work together with marketing team and distributors to plan and execute new projects with regards to business expansion
  • Assisting exporters in preparing shipments for international deliveries
  • Develop sales forecast for production team
  • Develop a strong, ongoing understanding of market trends, industry developments and competitor activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree or higher in business administration or related fields
  • Having 3+ year experiences in international market (Especially in Singapore, Japan, Korea and Hongkong)
  • Must have experiences in Luxury Retail fashion / Beauty / supplement or related luxury business
  • Be able to do data analysis with strong excel skills.
  • Driven, Energetic, Analytical, Forward-Thinking with good interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English and Thai skills, both verbal and written
  • Required to go abroad as assigned
