Role Overview: The UX/UI Designer will focus on enhancing the user experience and visual design of Beams products, ensuring usability and innovation in the payments industry. The role involves a blend of UX (60%) and UI (40%) work, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, user research, concept development, and design documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve design problems.
• Participate in strategic decision-making.
• Develop and prototype design concepts, conducting user research to inform decisions.
• Create and maintain a design system to ensure consistency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to translate user needs into actionable designs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Experience developing impactful products.
