Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across APAC and Southeast Asia. This role focuses on driving sales growth through strategic planning, key account management, and developing. Collaboration with global teams and aligning with international strategies is key to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage direct and indirect sales channels in the Plastic Injection Molding industry across the assigned region.
  • Set and manage sales expectations, including pricing strategies and product positioning.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Engineering to ensure customer satisfaction from order specification to delivery.
  • Drive sales growth through annual strategic and tactical planning, with a focus on profitability.
  • Lead global key account management initiatives to align with international business strategies.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, market trends, and competitor analysis to support regional decision-making.
  • Oversee regional and global marketing activities such as trade shows, exhibitions, and seminars.
  • Ensure compliance with Clean Order Protocols and safeguard company Intellectual Property.
  • Mentor and develop the regional sales team, fostering career growth and succession planning.
  • Travel up to 70% for training, support, and customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Polymer Science preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in international sales management, specifically in the Plastic Injection Molding or related industries.
  • Proven track record in sales leadership within multinational corporations.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics in Plastic Injection and molding technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in managing both direct sales teams and reseller channels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to resolve complex issues with minimal disruption and confusion.
  • High business acumen with expertise in strategic sales planning and market analysis.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing multi-national accounts in a matrixed environment.
  • Fluency in English is required, and a strong command of Japanese is a plus.
