HIRING POSITION : FINANCE MANAGER / LEAD (CORPORATE FINANCE)

Our client is a comprehensive electric vehicle (EV) lifestyle platform that offers a diverse selection of EVs for subscription and boasts a wide range of ancillary services, such as charging solutions, knowledge, and technology, to provide a unique and satisfying EV driving experience in Thailand. The platform is designed to emerge as the topmost EV lifestyle platform in Thailand by providing a holistic experience to its customers.

In addition to the above, our client also extends its charging solutions to businesses and property owners. The platform enables property owners to install and operate EV charging stations, while the mobile application empowers EV drivers to locate, reserve, and monitor charging stations and track charging progress.

Our client strives to make the EV experience more accessible and convenient to everyone. As such, they offer not only EV charging solutions but also a full-fledged EV lifestyle platform that includes an easy-to-use mobile application. The overarching aim is to increase the accessibility and convenience of EVs to the people of Thailand.

Responsibilities :

• Develop, maintain, and keep update of corporates financial and cash flow model.
• Forecast company's short-term and long-term cash position through cash flow model.
• Coordinate and produce the funding plan including funding strategy and regular management committee report. Responsible for preparing information package to financier and investor.
• Provide economic expertise and support business unit in price setting and feasibility study.
• Preparing documents for internal approval process of finance and funding related activities including but not limited to presentation and Board memo.
• Identify economic, financial, operational, and other driver and its impact to company projected financial performance.
• Identify and advised on any efficiency improvement opportunity through financial analysis.
• Complete ad hoc projects that may be assigned by the management team

Qualifications :

• Bachelor or Masters degree in Finance, Economic, Business or related fields
• Minimum 5 years experience in corporate finance, investment banking, project finance or related field
• Proven experience in M&A, fund raising, IPO, Debt issue or related transaction.
• Strong experience in financial modeling
• Proven ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Computer proficiency; especially in MS Excel
• Good command in business Thai and English
