Responsibilities :

  • Build and maintain customer royalty and develop long-term relationships with customer Business Decision Makers (BDMs) and IT Decision Makers (ITDMs)
  • Act as a technical advisory point of contact for the assigned customers.
  • Build and develop the customer success and engagement plan to drive the services adoption, increase the services customer usage and retain the customer services.
  • Orchestrate and deliver the technical workshop and provide regular technical update and training to accelerate customer adoption.
  • Provide customer consultant and guidance to use Microsoft EA support for Azure and M365 EA customers.
  • Represent the voice of customer, analyze customers needs and develop engage plan with support team to ensure customer satisfaction, positive experience.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 5-8 years of work experience in Customer Service-related roles with proven success in its initiatives and outcomes
  • Proficient in Thai and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to prioritize work
  • Strong communication skills
  • Friendly, charming, and personable characteristics/mannerism
