Responsibilities :

  • Engage in the yearly workforce rate strategy.
  • Execute the recruitment and selection of new employees following the company's established procedures.
  • Compose job descriptions for designated roles.
  • Introduce novel recruitment channels for prospective employees.
  • Collaboratively design and execute the onboarding program.
  • Oversee the internship program.
  • Create and oversee assessment forms for new employees during their probationary period.
  • Co-plan and implement team-building activities for employees.
  • Compile documents and generate reports as designated.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications :

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of Human Resources.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of relevant labor laws essential for fulfilling job duties and responsibilities.
  • Exhibit strong teamwork capabilities.
  • Possess effective communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
