HIRING POSITION: HR DEPARTMENT MANAGER

Responsibilities :

Strategic HR Planning

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead workforce planning and manpower forecasting.
  • Design and maintain job descriptions (JD) and job specifications (JS).

Talent Acquisition & Management

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Monitor and improve employee retention and engagement.

Performance & Development

  • Implement performance management systems and KPIs.
  • Develop and execute training roadmaps and career development plans.
  • Promote continuous learning and knowledge management (KM).

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain a positive work environment and promote organizational values.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Administer payroll, benefits, and welfare programs.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and manage compensation structures.
  • Monitor and adjust starting rates and salary progression.

HR Operations & Systems

  • Maintain HRIS and employee records.
  • Utilize HR tools and analytics for decision-making.
  • Prepare HR reports and support audits.

Administrative Management

  • Supervise general office operations including facilities, supplies, and vendor management.
  • Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with internal policies.
  • Manage company licenses, contracts, and legal documentation.
  • Support internal communication and company-wide announcements.
  • Oversee administrative support for all departments.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, CIPD, or HRD-related credentials are a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Demonstrated success in managing full-cycle HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and training.
  • Experience in both strategic HR planning and hands-on operational execution.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws, social security, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Experience in implementing and managing KPIs, OKRs, and performance appraisal systems.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop others.
  • Proficiency in Thai and English.
