Chief Financial Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage accounting and finance operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to support the companys departments.
- Ensure the preparation of financial statements for auditors and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage profit and loss, overseeing income and expenses to align with budgetary goals.
- Lead the companys preparation for an Initial Public Offering (IPO), ensuring compliance with stock exchange regulations and managing financial readiness.
- Provide strategic advice and support for business analysis, new investments, mergers & acquisitions, and securing funding/financing options.
- Collaborate with internal departments to optimize financial operations and business performance.
- Serve as the companys representative in managing the accounting and finance functions of subsidiaries and joint ventures as the Group CFO.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Bachelors degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 15 years of experience, including senior management roles in accounting, corporate finance, and IPO preparation.
- Proven track record in leading IPO processes, financial restructuring, and capital markets.
- CPA certification is required.
- In-depth knowledge of financial and accounting standards, capital markets, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong expertise in financial statement analysis, financial modeling, and investment operations.
- Skilled in presenting financial data and reports to stakeholders in various formats.
- Proven experience in leading financial projects, managing investments, and conducting training for company directors through the Institute of Directors (IOD).
