HIRING POSITION: Chief Financial Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the operations and staff within the accounting and finance departments to produce accurate financial information promptly. This ensures support for the companys various departments in both the present and future, including the preparation of financial statements for auditors.

• Profit & Loss Management & Budget Control Oversee and manage income and expenses to adhere to the established budget.
• Oversee the preparation of the company for listing on the stock exchange according to the planned schedule.
• Provide advice and support for business analysis and new investments, including related operations (Investment Execution) and securing funding/financing options.
• Coordinate with relevant departments within the company to support the companys operations.
• Act as the companys representative to oversee and be responsible for the accounting and finance operations of subsidiaries and joint ventures as the Group Chief Financial Officer.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of a Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance or related fields
• At least 15 year of experience (Including Senior Management Role) in Accounting & corporate finance
• Hold a CPA certification.
• Possess knowledge of financial and accounting standards.
• Proficient in capital markets, financial statement analysis, financial modeling, and investment analysis and operations.
• Skilled in presenting financial information in various formats.
• Experienced in organizing financial projects, managing investments, and conducting training courses for company directors through the Institute of Directors (IOD).
