Our client is seeking a Collections Manager to work closely with the Country Head and SVP of Collections. This role involves building, training, and setting up the entire system to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage collections for the Thailand business
  • Set up the collections department and team
  • Hire and train collections staff
  • Create Collections SOP, including country regulations, guidelines, and Dos & Donts
  • Execute collections strategies as implemented
  • Meet monthly KPIs and collections targets
  • Collaborate closely with other stakeholders and departments as required
  • Provide weekly/monthly reviews and reports to management
  • Incorporate and update industry best practices

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in collections at a managerial level within multi-finance, lending, or banking businesses
  • Experience handling and managing collections teams, including desk, field, and agencies
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proficiency in English communication
