Key Responsibilities:


Creative Marketing and Content Development

  • Ideate, plan, and execute creative marketing strategies and campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and engagement.
  • Conceptualize and oversee the creation of content and materials for various marketing channels, ensuring messaging aligns with the brands tone and objectives.
  • Brief graphic designers and other creatives to produce high-quality artwork, advertisements, and promotional materials.

Brand Communication and Campaign Execution

  • Develop and manage branding initiatives, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including launch strategies, seasonal promotions, and event activations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to evaluate campaign performance and refine strategies for future success.

Strategic Planning and Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure campaigns align with overall business objectives.
  • Research market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive activity to inform marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to enhance brand communication efforts.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with Chinese manufacturers and partners, fostering strong business relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing communications, digital marketing, or creative marketing roles.
  • Having experience in construction, machinery, or B2B business will be given special consideration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a creative and strategic mindset.
  • Capable of multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced work environment while working under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high proficiency in both English and Chinese.
