Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and implement the overall strategy and vision for the project, ensuring alignment with the high standards of luxury, innovation, and exclusivity.
  • Drive project performance across all operational areas, including sales, construction, design, and business development.
  • Represent the project to key stakeholders, including partners, investors, and high-net-worth clients.

Sales and Marketing

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to attract ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs) globally.
  • Lead marketing efforts to position the project as a global leader in luxury real estate.
  • Oversee customer relationship management, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining the prestige of the project.

Construction and Design Oversight

  • Collaborate with design and architectural teams to ensure the residences meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
  • Monitor construction progress, ensuring on-time delivery within budget while adhering to stringent quality and safety standards.
  • Address and resolve project challenges proactively, ensuring seamless execution.

Business Development and Partnerships

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance the project's offerings, from luxury lifestyle collaborations to value-added services.
  • Drive revenue generation through innovative opportunities, including retail, hospitality, and long-term brand partnerships.

Financial and Revenue Management

  • Establish and oversee revenue and profitability goals, ensuring optimal financial performance for the project.
  • Monitor budgets, cost controls, and financial reports, making data-driven decisions to maximize returns.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, financial reporting, and contractual obligations.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team across multiple functions, including sales, marketing, operations, and technical departments.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor team and project success.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 15 years of experience in luxury real estate development or a related field.
    • Proven track record in managing high-profile branded property developments or ultra-luxury projects.
    • Extensive experience in overseeing sales, construction, design, and business development leadership roles.
  • Education:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
  • Skills and Expertise:
    • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Exceptional understanding of luxury branding, market positioning, and client engagement strategies.
    • Financial acumen with a proven ability to manage large-scale budgets and drive profitability.
    • Knowledge of global luxury property trends and an extensive network in the industry.
