Our client, founded in 2000, specializes in producing healthy fruit drinks with international standards for export to more than 40 countries worldwide, including Europe and Asia. They are also ranked among the top 3 in Asia, in the healthy beverage market in 2022. With a growth of 20% last year, they were able to generate a revenue of 2.3 billion baht.

In 2024, they aim to grow by 30% due to the introduction of new products that require expansion to foreign markets. Additionally, they aim to become the number one healthy beverage brand in Asia.

Position Summary

They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Managing Director to oversee all aspects of production, operations, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production control, particularly in meeting demand, as well as extensive experience in managing overall operations within the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities :

Overall :

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze HR and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes at the managerial level.

Culture Engagement:

  • Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Drive cultural alignment across departments and locations, promoting our company values and mission.

Learning & Development:

  • Design and execute comprehensive learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify training needs and opportunities for skills enhancement at all levels.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

Recruitment:

  • Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and conduct interviews.
  • Utilize innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure market competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations issues related to compensation and benefits.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience 8-10 years in a managerial role, with a focus on HR management, learning & development, recruitment and compensation & benefits.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software applications.
  • Fluency in English and Thai languages preferred.
