- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including brand teams and asset management, to ensure contracts deliver on their benefits and align with branding strategies.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct both primary and secondary research to gather data for merchandise development and ensure optimal utilization of insights.
- Trend Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyze and present key insights on merchandise trends, usage, and benefits to top management.
- Merchandise Design and Development: Design and create a variety of merchandise items in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and brand direction.
- Planning and Budgeting: Develop and manage an annual merchandise development plan, including budget allocation and timeline management.
- Supplier Sourcing and Negotiation: Source and negotiate with suppliers, both domestically and internationally, to ensure merchandise provides maximum value.
- Inventory Management: Oversee and manage merchandise inventory to ensure effective control and availability.
