Jobs Description

• Gather business requirements and business processes from business users
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Collaborate between IT teams and business teams to understand complex business questions.
• Performing requirements analysis
• Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
• Perform process analysis methodology to identify defect/impact of the business processes
• Perform business analysis methodology to identify business gap
• Document comprehensive business requirement specification including business process diagram and business rule
• Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Create deliverable documents including Business requirement document
• Suggest and recommend business/process/IT solutions
• Documenting and communicating the results to business team and team members.
• Manage project implementation to finish within timeline and cover all deliverable
• Involved with System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Test (UAT)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mathematics, Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science
• Junior BA: 2-5 years or Senior BA: over 5 years experienced in Project Implementation on Data Analytic is a plus.
• Solid understanding of Systems Development Life cycle
• Good interpersonal, communication skill, Ability to make effective formal presentations Excellence skills and knowledge of Advanced analytical skill and capability to generating ideas or solutions for problems
• Solid mathematical aptitude and effective project management skills Strong prioritization skill & planning skill
• Good command of English
