Team Size: 20+ (Air Operations Team)

Our client, a leading global logistics company, is urgently looking for a dedicated Air Export Operations Specialist to join their team at the Freezone Suvarnabhumi facility. Candidates must be available for an in-person interview and able to start within the next month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all air export customers

• Manage bookings, freight rates, and the preparation of export documentation, including MAWB and HAWB

• Ensure all export documents are accurate and comply with regulations

• Monitor and track shipments, providing timely updates to customers

• Handle and resolve customer issues or complaints professionally and efficiently

• Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary reports

• Coordinate closely with the operations and billing departments to ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field

• 3-5 years of experience in customer service within the air export industry

• Strong understanding of air export procedures and documentation

• Proficient in English
