Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily air export operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy

  • Review export documentation to ensure full compliance with customs regulations

  • Collaborate across internal departments to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues

  • Prepare timely and accurate reports for senior management review

  • Guide and support the operations team, driving high performance and team development

Qualifications

  • 57+ years of experience in air export operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role

  • Proven experience in team management and operational coordination

  • In-depth knowledge of export documentation and customs procedures

  • Strong communication skills in business-level English (both written and spoken)

  • Resilient, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure

  • Preferably aged under 45
