Head of Product Concept
Our client in Scent Branding is seeking a Head of Product Concept to lead the creative and strategic development of bespoke scented products that reflect brand identity and evoke emotional connections through design.
This critical role calls for a balance of creativity, technical know-how, and strategic thinking. You'll be the driving force behind product storytellingfrom concept decks to productionensuring each product not only meets but exceeds the expectations of high-end clients across the hospitality, retail, and lifestyle sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Concept Development:
Lead the creation of compelling product concept decks, grounded in current market trends, client brand values, and innovative scent design philosophy.
Prototype Creation & Collaboration:
Work closely with clients and internal teams to refine concepts into tangible prototypesoverseeing sketches, artwork development, mock-ups, and creative revisions with precision and flair.
Production & Quality Oversight:
Manage end-to-end production processes, ensuring top-tier quality control and seamless translation of creative ideas into finished products that embody the brand's essence.
Supplier & Partner Management:
Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers, ensuring timely project delivery and alignment with high standards. Implement strategies that elevate supplier performance and streamline collaboration.
