Responsibilities:

  • Operations & Logistics: Manage daily deliveries, optimize routes, monitor KPIs, and oversee 3PL partnerships.

  • Team Leadership: Lead delivery teams, provide training, and assign roles.

  • Customer Service: Ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and implement tracking tools.

  • Technology & Improvement: Utilize technology, analyze data, and enhance digital solutions.

  • Budget & Costs: Control costs, negotiate contracts, and manage expenses.

  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to regulations and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Gender: Female or Male, not over 40 years old

  • Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant field.

  • Experience: 5+ years in last-mile delivery, logistics, or supply chain management.

  • Skills: Strong team management and decision-making skills. Experience with logistics software & route optimization tools. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

  • Language: Native Korean, with conversational skills in Thai (Topik 5 or higher).
