Our client, a leading global logistics company, is urgently looking for a dedicated Sales Executive Logistics & Freight Forwarding to join their team in Bangkok, Thailand. 

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager Logistics to expand our domestic and international footprint. This role focuses primarily on new client acquisition (80-90% hunter role) within the Freight Forwarding, Warehousing, and Supply Chain sectors, delivering tailored logistics solutions and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth in both domestic and international markets through effective sales strategies.

  • Identify, target, and secure new clients in Freight Forwarding, Warehousing, and Supply Chain.

  • Offer customized logistics solutions, including Air & Sea Freight, Cross-Border Logistics, and Project Cargo.

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets with a strong focus on business hunting.

  • Monitor market trends and adjust sales approaches to remain competitive.

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms with transport providers.

  • Collaborate with global teams to identify and develop new business opportunities.

  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in the logistics industry, particularly in Freight Forwarding (Air & Sea).

  • Strong track record in business development with the ability to close high-value deals.

  • Experience in bidding processes, quotation analysis, and pricing strategy.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.

  • Deep understanding of international trade compliance and customs regulations.

  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
