HIRING POSITION: Commercial Director

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Operations:

  • Formulate dynamic strategies to adapt to market fluctuations promptly.
  • Lead and motivate a team to drive sales growth and operational efficiency.
  • Manage workforce planning and optimize cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor store performance, analyzing against projections and historical data to identify trends and forecast models.
  • Conduct comprehensive business analyses, providing actionable insights to improve sales and service standards.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations by all staff.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels.
  • Implement and uphold company standards, including product display and in-store media.
  • Develop training programs to enhance the sales and service capabilities of staff.
  • Research potential areas/events for new store openings and oversee boutique setups.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
  • Design CRM platform structures to capture essential customer information effectively.
  • Create and execute loyalty programs and marketing campaigns to boost member acquisition.
  • Contribute to CRM and sales strategy development aligned with commercial objectives, enhancing customer engagement and sales team effectiveness.
  • Cultivate and manage client relationships, including VIP customers.
  • Provide guidance and support to subordinates to ensure optimal performance and career advancement.

Social & E-commerce:

  • Analyze social and e-commerce sales funnels, deriving actionable insights.
  • Develop trade plans and campaign priorities for each platform to drive commercial performance.
  • Design campaign mechanics and promotional schemes tailored to platform insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and operations.
  • Manage online inventory stock effectively.

Corporate and International Sales:

  • Collaborate with international corporate partners to pursue business opportunities in global markets, exhibitions, events, or official stores.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and strategic marketing partners.
  • Optimize operational efficiency through strategic reviews of territory warehousing and distribution.
  • Manage existing client accounts for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing/Business Management or related fields.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in Sales/Retail/Business Development or relevant fields.
  • Proficiency in retail store operations and social/e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent project and time management abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and supervisory experience.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Willingness to work in Bangkok and potentially in up-country location
