HIRING POSITION: HR STRATEGY & SPECIAL PROJECTS

LOCATION: BANGKOK, THAILAND (MRT ACCESSIBLE)

Responsibilities

  • Develop people strategies using framework, tools and methodology for related organizational development initiatives based on company goals and ambition, including corporate structure design, firmwide performance management, and career development initiatives. Conduct strategic review & analysis of overall People experience and key challenges, define root cause, and recommend solutions
  • Develop continuous process improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness and promote meaningful change for the organization
  • Plan and lead end-to-end implementation of the recommended people solutions. Actively liaise and collaborate with cross-functional and cross-business stakeholders to develop and influence the execution of people strategies to drive growth and optimize people-related processes
  • In charge of overall PMO and presentations to management on People initiatives and updates

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in human resources management, business administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years working experience
  • Preferred consulting background with strong analytical skills and project management experience
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, well-organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
