Position: Product Manager - Leading Tech Company

Our client is a leading, fast-growing and innovative Fintech in the Thai Market.

The company brings together the world's innovative technology to their existing commercial customers in the Thai market. It has helped businesses become viable, visible and scalable in Thailand territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement the product vision, strategy, lifecycle, and plan to meet the companys objectives
  • Develop a solid understanding of shoppers and merchants needs (frequently done by speaking to and
  • visiting them), and identify product gaps
  • Derive product strategy into prototypes and requirements
  • Communicate and align with all members across relevant teams, including managing launches with
  • team members
  • Work with relevant design and engineering teams to deliver products/features with optimal resources
  • Act as a hands-on and supportive team member in addressing issues that arise with product launches
  • Collaborate with prospective users to understand, anticipate their needs, and translate them into
  • product requirements
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize them based on changing requirements
  • Monitor and evaluate product progress at each stage of the process
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps and release schedules
  • Oversee the backlog of improvements and defects, defining the requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Oversee project managers to ensure the timely delivery of product capabilities to the market
  • Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria
  • Follow the progress of work and address production issues during sprints

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or masters degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related
  • fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a product management or product owner role
  • Strong understanding of business, design, and technology development
  • Strong understanding of good product development principles for early-stage startups
  • Strong market research skills
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong cross-functional team communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize work well to meet objectives
  • Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
  • Proficient in English
