The business is now blooming and we are looking for someone to be a thought partner to the CEO. The company has about 19 branches nationwide and is about to expand the business to other countries in Asia. This position will give you a chance to work closely with the CEO and will fast-track you to a higher position in the company on both domestic and international platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies, marketing promotion and advertising campaigns, events, and communication plan, including online and offline media
  • Manage marketing plan, traffic, awareness, revenues and sales
  • Initiate a potential marketing campaign & PR for support business directions
  • Manage brand launches/products & key category drivers
  • Delivering brand image and creating the marketing touch point to communicate with our customer
  • Plan and control media planner team to manage the paid media activities
  • Works with Digital/Advertising agency to set targets, tracks metrics and KPIs and monitor campaign performance
  • Ensure the success of marketing events for all channels through team driving
  • Establish and leverage relationships with key partner and business networks for special marketing campaign or collaboration projects
  • Build teamwork with internal & external partners cross-functional teams for effective project management
  • Manage marketing costs and budgets according to ensure the efficient usage of resources
  • Measure and track ROI for marketing initiatives in achieving sales goals, evaluating effectiveness and overall brand awareness

Qualifications :

  • At least 8 years experience as Marketing Manager / Brand Manager / Agency Strategic Planning / Marketing Communication
  • Strong digital & media strategic Marketing
  • Strong Brand management and / or Sales / Business Development knowledge plus basic finance knowledge / P&L Management, research knowledge (identifying and turning insights into actionable plans/execution), media tools (especially digital media) and methodologies knowledge, cross-functional knowledge
  • Existing network in media/PR/KOLs
  • Experience in managing external agencies
  • Experience in collaboration project, co-branding partnership and marketing event
  • Data driven with strong analytical & problem solving
  • Good team player and strong people management
  • Good presentation and communication skill
  • Passionate in fashion & lifestyle or jewelry industry
  • Good command of spoken & written English
