Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital advertising strategy across key platforms, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and e-commerce marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee). This role is instrumental in customer acquisition, brand growth, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive measurable success in a highly competitive skincare market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google (Search, Display, YouTube), and e-commerce marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee).
  • Oversee paid media efforts, including search, social, programmatic, video, and e-commerce advertising to maximize reach and efficiency.
  • Implement data-driven strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.

2. Data-Driven Optimization

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, CVR, etc.) to continuously refine targeting, bidding, and creative strategies.
  • Leverage insights from Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Marketplace Analytics to improve campaign efficiency and ROI.
  • Monitor competitor trends and industry benchmarks to stay ahead.

3. Budget Management

  • Allocate and manage budgets effectively across multiple digital platforms, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum ROI.
  • Conduct ongoing performance reviews and adjust budgets based on real-time data.

4. Audience Segmentation & Targeting

  • Develop detailed audience personas and customer journey mapping to refine ad targeting.
  • Implement retargeting and lookalike audiences to improve acquisition and conversion rates.

5. Creative Collaboration & A/B Testing

  • Partner with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives tailored for different platforms and audiences.
  • Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and messaging to optimize performance.

6. E-commerce & Marketplace Strategy

  • Develop performance-driven marketing strategies for Lazada and Shopee, ensuring visibility and sales growth.
  • Optimize product listings, paid promotions, and platform-specific ad placements.

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, e-commerce, sales, and customer service teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.

8. Reporting & Insights

  • Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Present data-driven strategies to senior management to guide marketing investments.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in performance marketing, ideally in skincare, beauty, or consumer goods.
  • Hands-on experience managing small to large-scale digital ad budgets and optimizing campaign performance.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights for campaign improvements.
  • A self-motivated, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple campaigns efficiently.
  • Someone who understands the nuances of digital marketing across social, search, and marketplace ecosystems.
