Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide the merchandising team to achieve sales and profitability targets through strategic planning and effective execution.

  • Analyze sales performance across weekly, monthly, and quarterly periods, and develop action plans to drive growth.

  • Conduct market and trend analysis to support seasonal assortment planning, buying strategies, and product selection.

  • Optimize stock performance by leveraging fast-moving products and creating markdown strategies for slow or aged inventory.

  • Continuously review and improve merchandising SOPs to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Manage merchandising reports and data analysis to support strategic business decisions.

  • Collaborate closely with Visual Merchandising and Sales & Operations teams to implement cohesive visual strategies across retail formats.

  • Oversee and develop the merchandising team, including Buyers, Merchandisers, and Administrative staff.

  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and undertake special projects as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Fashion, Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Over 10 years of relevant merchandising experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the retail industry.

  • Proven expertise in merchandise planning, inventory and category management, and vendor negotiations.

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to mentor and inspire team members.

  • Analytical mindset with a solid grasp of retail metrics and performance analysis.

  • Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multitasking environment.

  • Knowledge of import logistics, shipping processes, and e-commerce operations is a plus.

  • Experience working with international brands or brand principals is preferred.
