Hiring Position: Country Manager: LAOS (Open to Thai Candidates Only)

Working Location: Vientiane, Laos

Working Condition: 100% On-site in Vientiane, Laos 

Pay Rate: THB 150K to THB 200K

Scope of Responsibilities:

- Oversee company operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
- Represent the company at legislative sessions, committee meetings, and formal functions.
- Approve operational procedures, policies, and standards for the company.

Key Accountability

- Develop a strategic plan to advance the organization's mission, objectives, and promote revenue, profitability, and growth.
- Plan, develop, and implement strategies to generate resources and/or revenues for the company. Identify opportunities for acquisition and merger and oversee implementation.
- Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress towards objectives and revise plans accordingly.
- Evaluate executive performance against company policies and objectives.
- Promote the company through written articles, personal appearances at conferences, and community engagements.
- Expand company presence locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally.
- Build a fundraising network utilizing personal contacts, direct mail, special events, and foundation support.
- Present company reports at Annual Stockholder and Board of Director meetings.
- Direct planning and policy-making committees within the company.
- Oversee operations, evaluating both operational and financial performance.
- Lead and coach department/division staff to effectively recruit, train, evaluate, motivate, delegate, and monitor their activities.
- Collaborate with customer marketing and sales managers to align annual goals and strategies.
- Analyze market intelligence to identify competitive benchmarks, consumer/retail trends, and opportunities for business growth.
- Analyze root causes of sales performance and recommend improvements.
- Utilize internal resources to manage and delegate project responsibilities efficiently.
- Monitor and coach sales team performance to achieve sales targets and expand the product line.
- Manage sales budget and P&L within company policies.
- Perform other duties as required.


Minimum Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Finance, or related fields; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a related role, with at least 5 years at the senior management level.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in English.
- Ability to examine and re-engineer operations and procedures.
- Knowledge of communication and public relations techniques.

- Strategic thinking, problem-solving, effective time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Natural leadership qualities, excellent presentation skills, and ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
