Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with our client's unique value proposition, ensuring efficient resource allocation and consistent achievement of aggressive growth targets.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Inspire, mentor, and manage our client's high-performing sales and customer relationship management (CRM) teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • High-Level Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with General Managers of hotels and corporate brand representatives, leveraging fluent English communication to navigate complex discussions and secure strategic partnerships.
  • Advanced Sales Analytics & Reporting: Generate insightful reports that translate sales performance, market trends, and strategic outcomes into actionable data, informing critical business decisions and optimizing sales processes.
  • Value-Driven Selling: Champion our client's unique approach to "selling memories over scents," effectively articulating the intangible benefits of their products and services to create compelling value propositions for their clients.
  • Market Expansion & Growth: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities within the hospitality industry, developing robust strategies for market entry and sustained growth.
  • Industry Networking & Partnerships: Expand and leverage a strong network of contacts within the hotel industry to identify new business opportunities and forge strategic alliances that drive market penetration.
