Responsibilities :

  • Analyze and provide daily/monthly sales reports, and market reports.
  • Analyze and provide sales statistics, promotions and trade performance for efficiently control trade promotion budget.
  • Analyze sales and marketing information and competitive activities.
  • Maintain good relationship with distributors and customers.
  • Work closely with marketing team and coordinate other departments.
  • Work along with distributor to develop and ensuring sufficient infrastructure required by sales growth opportunities.
  • Ensure that distributor effective in-store execution aligns with Trade Marketing & Marketing plans and feedback promotion, activities effectiveness to Trade Marketing team in order to improve plan.
  • Convert the company's objectives to actionable plans with Supervisors and Distributors.
  • Conduct data analysis to find the opportunity for growth and efficiency.
  • Responsible for Sales forecasting and Sales budget.
  • Forecast accuracy of Sales delivery and supply needed from planning.
  • Create and maintain high level business relationships between Key customer. (OTC)

Qualifications :

  • At least bachelors degree with preferable in Business Administration and Marketing
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Trade Marketing or Key account management (Modern Trade and Traditional Trade)
  • Excellent skill in Microsoft Excel
  • Good in analytical, negotiation, presentation and people management skills
  • Can do attitude and high sense of responsibility
  • Able to travel out of Bangkok when required
  • Driven, Energetic, Analytical, Forward-Thinking with good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Have experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry will be advantage for consideration
