Position: Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer will be a strategic thought-adviser, and report to Chief Executive Office. The successful candidate will be a hands-on and participative Executive and will lead and develop an internal team to support the following areas in the group of company in finance and accounting. The Chief Financial Officer will play a critical role in supporting with the senior leadership team in strategic decision making and operations.

Core Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements; collate financial reporting materials for all segments, and oversee all financial, project/ program and grants accounting.
  • Directing all aspects of accounting operations, overseeing all transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payables and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and the finance committee of the board of directors; assess any changes necessary.
  • Oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process as well as review all financial plans and budgets; monitor progress for the company and keep updating the financial status to senior management team.
  • Providing strategic guidance around capital financing options to support company growth needs.
  • Developing and maintaining all necessary finance & accounting policies and systems
  • Managing all tax planning and compliance with all required federal, state, local, property and other applicable taxes.
  • Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting.
  • Implement a contracts management and financial management/ reporting system; ensure that the contract billing and collection schedule is adhered to and that financial data and cash flow are steady and support operational requirements.
  • Update and implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices; improve the finance & accounting departments overall policy and procedure manual.
  • Assisting senior management in financial planning and results management. Work with other team members to understand revenue and cost drivers and define appropriate reports for tracking.
  • Evaluate current system and technology and recommend modification to present modules to ensure effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Proven track record working with public listed companies
  • Proven CFO or senior financial leadership experience.
  • Strong financial management, analytical, and strategic skills.
  • Proficiency in both Thai & English (reading, writing and speaking) and Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel)
