Our client, founded in 2000, specializes in producing healthy fruit drinks with international standards for export to more than 40 countries worldwide, including Europe and Asia. They are also ranked among the top 3 in Asia, in the healthy beverage market in 2022. With a growth of 20% last year, they were able to generate a revenue of 2.3 billion Baht.

In 2023, they aim to grow by 30% due to the introduction of new products that require expansion to foreign markets. Additionally, they aim to become the number one healthy beverage brand in Asia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, plan, organize, direct, and run overall & day-to-day operations (Production, Quality Control, Engineering, Maintenance and Safety) to ensure production that the orders are processed in quality with timely manner.
  • Maintain and improve standards of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) & HACCP, Food Safety Management Systems (FSSC 2200) Halal, Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit (SMETA) and customer standards.
  • Use ERP sytem or an up-to-date scheduling program to the best advantage to improve productivity in the areas of inventory control, production costs and services.
  • Reduce waste / rework through source reduction.
  • Lead and provide strategic direction and leadership to the plant operations team.
  • Develop production budgets that production costs impact Business Unit margin management and pricing.
  • Manages receipts of raw material to assure they meet specifications.
  • Follow up the formulas are reviewed before manufacturing for projected quality control and takes necessary steps to assure all formulas will meet Business Unit quality control needs.
  • Develop and execute operating plans that lead to the companys achievements and goals.
  • Work closely with the General Manager (GM) and management team to define and / or implement policies, procedures, and systems and monitor implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing & Production, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or closely related fields.
  • At least 10 - 15 years of relevant experience in Production, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, plus experience in Food and Beveragres, FMCG business with a medium size organization.
  • Possess strong communications, presentation and coaching skills.
  • Monitor the cost and effectiveness of daily production activities.
  • in Cost Reduction, Cost Management, Productivity Improvement and Project Management, Food Quality Standard GMP, HACCP, FSSC 2200, HALAL, SMETA.
  • Excellent Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong management skills, problem-solving, decision making, good analytical skills, proactive, positive attitude, result-oriented, logical thinking, good interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills.
  • Good communication in English.
