Job Description:

The Data Analytics team plays a vital role in driving continuous, data-driven business iterations. As data analysts, our responsibilities extend beyond performance monitoring and reporting. We proactively uncover actionable insights that foster significant business changes. Our comprehensive data solutions bridge the gap between business and technical teams, creating true "intelligence" within the iterative cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Modeling: Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support P&L forecasting, budgeting, and other key strategic initiatives, providing insights for both short-term and long-term decisions.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Conduct variance analysis comparing actual performance with forecasts and budgets, identifying trends to offer actionable insights that guide strategic decisions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to monitor initiatives and special projects related to cost drivers across teams, understanding their potential impact on expenses.
  • Communication: Prepare and present reports to senior management on P&L forecasting, cost reduction initiatives, and other ad hoc projects within the FP&A function.
  • Competitor Analysis: Perform competitor analysis and benchmarking to model and track competitor cost structures, extracting key insights to inform business strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements within the FP&A function, adopting best practices for efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, or related roles, with a focus on P&L management and financial monitoring in dynamic environments.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to think flexibly and solve complex problems, especially in "what-if" scenarios.
  • Proficiency in advanced financial modeling using Excel/Google Sheets; experience with SQL, Google Data Studio, and data visualization tools like Python or R is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and the ability to present and discuss topics with senior management independently.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

This role requires someone who can thrive in a dynamic environment, continuously improving processes and delivering impactful insights.
