- Mentor and train team members to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Drive initiatives for acquiring new business and expanding the customer base.
- Oversee customer support to ensure timely assistance.
- Report regularly on digital sales and marketing performance.
- Conduct data analysis for informed marketing strategies.
- Create engaging content for websites, social media, and TikTok.
- Manage online advertising via platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and TikTok.
- Cultivate social media relationships and optimize content.
- Track marketing effectiveness and optimize for SEO.
- Develop and execute long-term marketing strategies.
- Manage projects within timelines and budgets.
- Analyze competitor activities to refine strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Management, Communication Arts, or related fields.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in media or publishing.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt information for diverse audiences.
- Experience with digital media agencies is advantageous.
- Proficiency in digital advertising principles.
- Effective project and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and well-organized, capable of handling pressure effectively.
