Job Description:

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for the digital sales team.
  • Coordinate and lead the digital sales team in executing sales activities through online
  • channels.
  • Oversee the establishment and maintenance of strong customer relationships
  • through various online platforms.
  • Analyze and evaluate the sales performance of the team, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Utilize data analysis to inform decision-making processes and enhance sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments, especially marketing, to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
  • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to the digital sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Drive strategies for acquiring new business and expanding the customer base.
  • Oversee customer support activities, ensuring timely and effective assistance to customers.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on digital sales performance to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Management, Communication Arts, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in media or publishing.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt information for diverse audiences.
  • Experience with digital media agencies is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising principles.
  • Effective project and client management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and well-organized, capable of handling pressure effectively.
