Job Description:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the digital sales team.
- Coordinate and lead the digital sales team in executing sales activities through online
- channels.
- Oversee the establishment and maintenance of strong customer relationships
- through various online platforms.
- Analyze and evaluate the sales performance of the team, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Utilize data analysis to inform decision-making processes and enhance sales strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments, especially marketing, to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to the digital sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Drive strategies for acquiring new business and expanding the customer base.
- Oversee customer support activities, ensuring timely and effective assistance to customers.
- Prepare and present regular reports on digital sales performance to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Management, Communication Arts, or related fields.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in media or publishing.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt information for diverse audiences.
- Experience with digital media agencies is advantageous.
- Proficiency in digital advertising principles.
- Effective project and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and well-organized, capable of handling pressure effectively.
