As a lead, you will oversee making cold calls, researching the market, identifying potential corporate merchants, and closing them. You will be working with a close-knit team of talented professionals, supporting company goals and meeting sales criteria to boost GTV and growth.

Position : Business Development Lead

Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to prospective merchants and arrange meetings (both live and online) SME,SMB,Enterprise ,E commerce payment .
  • Find new markets and improve GTV month-over-month
  • Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
  • Make eye-catching PowerPoint presentations for product demonstrations
  • Handle sales process from prospecting to close
  • Manage and document sales activities in companys database
  • Prepare and engage in business development as well as team meetings
  • Coordinate with customer service and technical team to ensure that merchants needs are met
  • Assist and guide Sales/BD associates to develop their skills

Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or relevant field of study
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in sales, business development, or related field
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
  • Excellent organization skills, ability to prioritize and manage workload
  • Proficient in English and Thai language
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
  • Friendly, charming, and personable characteristics/mannerism
