Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Head of Product Management to join our client's innovative team at this fast-growing, seed-stage company. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will be instrumental in creating industry-leading products and features. This role involves overseeing the full product delivery cycle, from concept to successful implementation.

Responsibilities

Feature Conception

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer pain points and challenges.
  • Identify optimal solutions to address these needs.
  • Own the conceptualization and definition of solutions, translating them into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to refine and validate PRDs.

Product Delivery

  • Transform product objectives for the upcoming two quarters into a robust roadmap with a detailed implementation plan.
  • Own and coordinate the entire feature delivery process.
  • Execute the roadmap with speed and ensure top-tier quality.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for feature delivery queries for internal stakeholders, customer success, support teams, and customers.

Feature Success

  • Be accountable for achieving success metrics for all launched features and product improvements.
  • Implement continuous improvements based on data-driven insights and user feedback.

Requirements

General Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with excellent presentation abilities.
  • Proven ability to own projects independently and work cross-functionally.
  • Exceptional skills in aligning stakeholders and conveying critical information quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to convert high-level ideas into detailed, implementation-ready specifications.
  • Experience in B2B and/or SaaS Product Management.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with a proactive, results-driven approach.
  • Demonstrated data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development best practices.

Nice to Have

  • Experience leading product managers in a software-focused product company.
  • Background in software engineering.
  • Experience in B2B pre-sales.
  • Proficiency with Product Analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Metabase, Looker, etc.).
