As a Performance Marketing Team Lead , you will be expected to have deep expertise in

Digital Marketing and help our clients from various sectors develop media plan, manage daily operations of ad placement, manage team members and monitor media performance to support clients in delivering effective marketing campaigns.

Job Description

Responsible for media planning and executing of digital media plan of self and team
1. Own the agencys operations of ad set up, ad optimization and ad execution with support from team or other more junior members.
2. Analyze and interpret data from different media channels and be able to make recommendations to clients that maximize clients ROI on various objectives including building awareness, driving traffic and increasing conversions.
3. Able to help team troubleshoot ad performance issues by providing alternative solutions or recommendations that team can implement.
4. Partner with client, agencys client service and Creative team to understand clients needs and recommend the best plan to meet clients objectives.
5. Allocate budget and monitor costs and performance consistently. Able to make adjustments to plan and get clients buy-in to implement plans.
6. Provide detailed analysis and reporting of each campaign / account including interpretation, 
commentary and recommendations for further improvements.

7. Coordinate with accounting about billing and invoicing issues relevant to digital media campaigns.

8. Always undertake relevant research and relevant media trends. Constantly learn and improve through self-learning and attending courses / seminars. Able to learn to use new tools and adopt tools for clients use.
9. Be Point of Contact for the agency with the key platform relationships including Google, Facebook, TikTok, LINE, Shopee etc.
10. Recommend new channels when appropriate to the existing campaigns / accounts to improve overall performance of clients account.
11. Act as an expert for colleagues and able to provide advice / consultation / training to bring the latest knowledge to the agencys team. Able to recommend the team to the appropriate training for each function.

Understand overall Marketing Strategy and provide value-added services to clients
12. Be a holistic Marketer with a clear understanding of the role of paid media and how it
complements the total Marketing Strategy
13. Producing analytic outputs for the entire campaign lifecycle (measurement plans, campaign wrap-ups, pre-campaign analysis, etc.) that leads to better future performance.
14. Able to provide recommendations to clients that are appropriate to their specific sectors / industries. Customize solutions and recommendations to best suit the unique needs of each of the sectors.
15. Take a leadership role in recommending strategic direction in client's business beyond the scope of responsibility.
16. Maintain the teams client-facing deliverables (daily, weekly, monthly) per campaign measurement requirements.
17. Build, manage and maintain long-term relationships with clients of various industries.
18. Formulate and help pitch online marketing strategy for renewing, upselling or cross selling projects to existing clients

Manage the Performance Marketing Team
19. Retain, train and grow managed team members by providing on-the-job training and providing advice and counsels to help teams achieve their career goals.
20. Mentor other team members on digital marketing skills & proficiency

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a digital media planning/buying/ad optimization position or related role is preferred.
  • Strong experiences with Facebook Ads and Google Ads required.
  • Good working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
  • Good knowledge of UTM and conversion tracking tools set up
  • Good knowledge of key social media platforms e.g. LINE LAP, TikTok Ad, Shopee
    Marketing Solution
  • Experience in working with e-commerce, particularly online platforms like Shopee &
  • Lazada would be advantageous.
  • Facebook Blueprint Certificate, Google Skillshop Certificate required
  • Education: Bachelors Degree
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc.)
  • Good command of English. Can understand English e-mail, messages and able to have an
  • English conference call independently
  • Excellent communication skills and Good presentation skills are a plus. Can communicate and present to top executives.
  • Strong time-management and project management skills, Good project management skill and can work with multiple teams.
  • ROI Driven and focus on return on media budget 
  • Analytical skills and understanding of digital ecosystem
  • Thai National's only considered: This role requires fluent Thai ability.
