Position : Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities ;

  • Contact and make good relationship with recruitment agencies for job posting, monitor their performance, and provide feedback on their candidacy
  • Supervise and/or perform by self on the tasks concerning recruitment:
  • First screening of candidates before passing to HR Manager for short-listing (for position AM up)
  • Prepare first draft of employment contract, send out for peer review, and enter information of new staff into HR system
  • Control probation evaluation system

Qualifications ;

  • At least Bachelors degree in any related fields
  • Able to communicate effectively in English both speaking and written
  • Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Diligent and hardworking, able to work well under pressures
