Established in 1978, our client began by manufacturing and distributing canned food and fruits. Over the years, it expanded its operations, notably constructing a large factory, in 1981. Listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in 1992, our client underwent several changes in ownership structure, including a significant acquisition in 1995. The company adjusted its capital multiple times, both increasing and decreasing, to support its growing business activities.

By 2022, our client's focus expanded into four main sectors: branded beverage manufacturing, contract manufacturing for various brands domestically and internationally, dairy farming, and real estate development through office rentals. Today, it continues to be a prominent player in the canned fruits, UHT, and pasteurized fruit juices market, alongside a range of other beverage products.

Position Summary

The Plant Manager will be responsible for the efficient operation of our dairy farm's production facilities. This role requires a strong focus on production control, plant operations, supply chain management, financial oversight, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise in dairy farming operations along with proven managerial skills to ensure seamless operations and strategic growth.

Responsibilities :

  • Production Control: Oversee all aspects of production, ensuring adherence to quality standards, production schedules, and efficiency targets.
  • Operation of Plant: Manage day-to-day operations of the processing plant, including equipment maintenance, sanitation, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize supply chain efficiency, from raw materials to finished product delivery.
  • Financial Management: Monitor production costs, budget allocation, and financial performance of the plant. Implement cost-saving measures and ensure profitability.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Food Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in production management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing production control and meeting demand targets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in financial management and budgeting.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in the food industry.
  • Fluency in English and Thai languages preferred.
