Role Purpose:

Our client, Insure-tech Company, seeks a highly analytical Digital Marketing Manager responsible for the commercial performance of acquisition efforts, including paid digital media, 1:1 communications, content, SEO, and social strategy. The role involves increasing lead volumes, managing costs, and improving key metrics, with oversight of one direct report and multiple external agencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize lead generation activities across all channels.
  • Track and report performance and investment weekly.
  • Manage content and social media strategies to grow organic traffic and leads.
  • Collaborate with digital media agencies to achieve targets and KPIs.
  • Handle 1:1 transactional communications through various channels.
  • Work with sales and service teams to improve sales and conversion ratios.
  • Drive conversion rate optimization with the ecommerce team.
  • Seek new opportunities and channels in digital media.
  • Share insights and resources with peers in other markets.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in a digitally-led, acquisition-focused marketing role, preferably in ecommerce and financial services.
  • Experience in an analytical role focused on digital metrics.
  • Proven track record in conversion rate optimization.
  • Deep understanding of PPC, SEO, display, social, and affiliate channels.
  • Management of a substantial digital media budget.
  • Clear communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing or working within digital marketing agencies.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Passion for digital marketing and knowledge of industry trends.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Native proficiency in Thai and high-level business proficiency in English.
